Loft 1 is an accommodation ideal for a small family of 2 adults and 2 children as it has a spacious open plan sitting area with roaring log fire, dining area and a perfectly sized kitchenette so you can rustle up something quickly should you need to. The main bedroom overlooks the piste with a large balcony, so you can enjoy the beautiful views of the ski resort and national park.

The kids room is equipped with two large bunk beds opposite the bathroom and plenty of storing space for their bits and pieces!

Our Loft rates are quoted on a bed and breakfast basis - but of course you are welcome to come and dine with us in our Portetta Restaurant with head chef Henri whose menu changes daily based round the traditional Savoyard theme.

  • The above rates are per Loft per week and include breakfast. Excludes local tourist tax (€1.65 per person per day)
  • Minimum Stay: Saturday or Sunday to Saturday or Sunday. However, shorter periods may be available in low season.
  • All of our apartments are no smoking.
  • Basement secure parking: 20 € per day No Animals are accepted at Le Portetta
  • Lofts are available from 5pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 11am on departure day.
  • Conditions of booking: deposit of 50 % at the booking and sold prepaid 30 days before arrival.
  • A booking is confirmed only when accompanied by the deposit.
  • Cancellation policy: 200 € in any case. No refund 60 days before arrival.
  • All prices are net, inclusive of taxes and service except local tourist tax.
  • All rates quoted are subject to change without notice.
